With their combined 30+ years of experience in the industry, Stu and Mary-Clare are both very passionate about their work.
Both are very creative and get a real buzz out of improving their customers outdoor spaces… often with life changing results.
They often come up with creative ways of solving problems, with attention to detail and finishing.
For example:
changing an inhospitable, dangerous slope to user friendly raised garden beds with easy access steps to negotiate the slope and level gravelled pathways in between.
Re-discovering a jungle of a garden, trimming and feeding suitable existing plants to bring them back to their former glory and adding new plants. Or completely remodelling the garden to suit the client’s needs.

Mary-Clare owned a successful gardening company in Auckland that she started from scratch in 2009. Stu joined her as the in-house hard landscaper, putting his hobby skills to work.
After selling that business they moved to Katikati in mid 2025 and set up AraMahi Projects, gardening and landscaping.
