The client had young children and a small dog. On our suggestion to convert the space to a useful area, we fixed the gate, water blasted and painted the fence, installed timber perimeter edging then installed artificial turf for the clients children to safely play all year round. They could even kick around a soccer ball.

Artificial grass makes removing dog leavings easy. It can be hosed down and if it gets smelly, it can be deodorized.
